G3010 PROFI | ROUND BALE WRAPPER
Equipped with a diesel engine, the stationary machine G3010 Profi is the perfect machine for contract harvesters. The work cycles "wrap bale" and "stack bale" are executed simultaneously. This helps save time and costs - increasing your output per hour tremendously!
Desing
The low profile as well as the robust and solid construction and workmanship of the wrappers guarantee an exceptionally long lifetime. The conveyor belts and the two rotating bale guide rollers guarantee that the bale will continually move forward and, consequently, ensure a uniform overlap of the film.
Motor
The G3010 Profi is equipped as standard with a 17.5 kW KUBOTA diesel engine including battery, generator, hours counter and electric starter as well as hydraulic system.
Control
A genuine highlight is the user-friendly and easy-to-useprogram control PROFI with wireless operation. The work steps are executed in fully automatic fashion. Manual control of all functions and parameters is still possible.
Wrappıng arm with film stretching unit
The wrapping arm is equipped with a film stretching unit that can accommodate 750 mm rolls of film. The three patented plastic rollers provide for perfectly uniform stretching.
What is more, the rollers are not sensitive to temperature. This helps save film and guarantees firmly wrapped bales. The quick-release system makes it possible to change empty rolls quickly and effortlessly.
Drawbar & axle
The hydraulically adjustable lift axle and the articulated drawbar make it possible to trail the wrapper and set it down at the wrapping position. Loading the wrapper using the fork attached to the three-point linkage is a breeze thanks to the low-profile design of the machine. This eliminates the need for an additional front loader.
Lever
The levers come in particularly handy for maintenance and service operations. All functions can be executed directly at the machine. The driver can easily leave the program control in the tractor cab when he, for example, needs to change the film.
Automatic film cutting and holding system
The stainless steel knife guarantees that the film will be cut cleanly and precisely. At the same time, the film is fixed in place by the cutter lever. Shortly after the wrapping process begins, the standard float position ensures that the film will unwind easily.
Film storage
When working long days, you need to make sure that you have enough film. The film storage on the G3010 Profi wrapper allows you to carry along up to 16 rolls of film. The holders are mounted in such a way that you can load and unload the film rolls with ease at a comfortable working height.
